PROCESSING & SHIPPING

 

Processing takes 2-3 business days. After processing, it takes 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday.  We only ship Tuesdays – Fridays. Shipping Orders takes 5-7 Business Days. 

Domestic Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Shipping for custom orders is 7-10 Business days depending on your order type and location.

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All domestic shipping fees are WAIVED (FREE SHIPPING), while international shipping is $25 per item, including taxes.

All Package Deliveries are with FedEx, UPS or USPS. Tracking numbers will be sent via email once orders are shipped out. 

We only ship products to confirmed addresses.  If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. 

DxD Hair  is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Due to the nature of the products that we sell, we DO NOT accept any returns or offer exchanges on any of our items. Please be sure to choose the correct lengths and textures prior to checking out.

 

REFUNDS 

Due to the nature of the products , NO REFUNDS can be issued out and all sales are final on custom orders. Federal Law states that you can not return human hair products that have already been used.
